   |   Re: Minecraft Up and Runninghahah, i vote new map anyway. something small, fairly high, and preferably done with the normal generation.in fact, heres an unedited one. just change the .zip to .mine and it should work. it has flooded caves and the like too, just until we get one that is notshit. however, its probably pretty short vertically, cbf checking though.
also i've been noticing the lag with the water as well, so its probably a good think its going. with this one we can make our own atlantis again anyway. it'll be a shame to see all our work gone though :/

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and Running:/ better now than after another prolific week of effort. without the water our tunnels and general atlantis make little sense anyway, and thor's made it pretty clear he's planning on getting rid of the water. awesome work on the glass tunnels though

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningMake maps and submit them. I will pick a new one soon. For now, enjoy Atlantis. If I don't get at least two more maps I will just default us back to mc_tropical_box_canyon

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningOkay, so New Thorleans has had all of the storm surge drained from it. Unfortunately, the receding water levels carried away all of the infrastructure. The land is barren. We have also erected new levies to prevent this from occurring again. Made of adminium! 100% safe.
Unfortunate, New Thorleans is still under the sea level. But next time, if the city floods DONT ♥♥♥♥ BUILD ON IT BECAUSE IM GOING TO DRAIN THE ♥♥♥♥ WATER YOU IDIOTS.

 That is all

Actually, new link in the OP. And a whitelist function. Post here if you want to get on the whitelist. Adding you to the list is completely arbitrary, so deal with it.

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningWeasel is currently creating a new map, so if you build don't invest a lot of time.
Also, we know how once daily backups to prevent accidents and pwnery.

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningWheee First draft: Features: - One major island with mountain - Two smaller islands - Lots of underwater foundations for building your own custom island - Lots of deep water for atlantis-building - Anti-flood adminium wall that actually works - Approximately 6 tiles deep sand on everything - Below sand is various rock, some natural pockets of air, water, and lava - Water is at 32 height which gives you 32 tiles of air for skyscrapers (or you can hollow out an island for more)
