That's not actually the rocket spinning. That's a stationary (locked in place, as a matter of fact) rocket with a non-colliding MO "attached" to it.
An actual ACRocket body turning upside down without scuttling is impossible. You can do whatever you want to try and circumvent that, and there are ways to do so, but you cannot turn an actual rocket upside down for any duration without scuttling.

Yes, I know. (sorta like your plane's anti-scuttle measures) But the effect is a spinning rocket, which is what they were talking about.
