Massive installer size is not something the 'freeloading wide public' can ♥♥♥♥ up, nor is there a 'freeloading wide public' only version.
The 'freeloading wide public' actually does the 'freeloading wide public' a favor by making so called 're-packs', drastically reducing installer size (Sometimes up to 70%).
