Actor Sprite hands problem
Its hardly noticeable but you can see that around the hands there are some orangeish pixels. They don't come up in photoshop so I have no idea why they are there. Anyone else know? PS. Yes I'm using a space marine sprite as a base since this is my first actor sprite/mod

Re: Actor Sprite hands problem
Is the sprite in palette? Also, assuming yes, turn the background white, and the pixels should show up so you can fix them.

Re: Actor Sprite hands problem
Thing is theres only 5 pink(Invisible) pixels and the rest are part of the hand.
Does it matter if theres none pink pixels touching the sides of the sprite?

What? The white background was supposed to highlight the problem pixels, but I don't get what you mean by "none pink pixels touching the sides of the sprite".

I think he means his sprite does not have a pink\transparant border around it(as in his sprite touches the borders of the bmp) I don't know if thats a problem though since i'm quite a newb when it comes to sprites Probably it's not the problem though , are you sure theres no anti-aliasing done on your sprite, only thing i can think of

Erm... so, yeah, I got that, but besides it not being in palette, I can't think of anything.

Try making the same sprite in MSPaint. You probably won't get any problems.

Re: Actor Sprite hands problem
There is one possible explanation, however im not sure if this is it. IF YOU ARE USING WINDOWS 7 IT WILL FUDGE UP YOUR SPRITES, EVEN IF IT IS IN PALETTE OR LOOKS RIGHT. Like u can draw a black line in windows 7 mspaint and when u put it in cc itll be fudged up (as far i know) Edit: never mind u said photoshop, my intel stops there.
