Re: Deadly Vinepit of death
uh, weirdest thing[/hyperbole] I was just thinking how I needed a sarlacc pit for my desert map... If someone actually made this, I would put it in my map in a heart beat. It would be the bomb.

Re: Deadly Vinepit of death
How about you make it a little stronger but slower, and make it so that people try to crawl away when they're caught.

I can make a Sarlacc version if someone provides me with sprites. Mr Johnson wrote: Quote: // Path = AntiAirMissile.rte/ModuleIcon.bmp Uh??? Uh oh.... Yes, I just copied the Index.ini from my Antiairmissile mod, so what? I just did it to prevent any error occuring

EDIT: Oh, he didn't. Ok, nevermind. False alarm. DrLuke wrote: Uh oh.... Yes, I just copied the Index.ini from my Antiairmissile mod, so what? I think he might have thought you had stolen code or some such, whilst Mr Johnson wrote: Quote: // Path = AntiAirMissile.rte/ModuleIcon.bmp Uh??? I think he was just confused about the line being there.

Re: Deadly Vinepit of death
I have an idea for a sprite that's more along the lines of a Lovecraftian design, I would like to make it partly to get back into spriting, partly because I have a vivid mental image. A loose ball of vines with a mouth-like orifice, when an actor nears it, the mouth opens. If an actor falls through it, another orifice opens on the bottom so as to go along with the corpse falling through it. As an added thought, you could add a feature where a few bodies from what it eats don't make it out and rogue zombies are spawned or launched out of it a short time later.
A more detailed description of what it would look is the flying spaghetti monster without eyeballs, and maybe some kind of large meatball organ on the inside.

That would have been very naughty of you.

I know, comics always have an alternative reality... aaaand nobody can crawl when all your body its being ultra-sliced by giantic teeth and organic saws... Good luck with those sprites, doesn't look easy to do...
