Re: Vehicles?
Azukki, the problem with wheels is that they really eat terrain. The only way to fix that is to do some hacky things to them, such as simulating them like the dummy APC. As well, even if the wheels work, you need to somehow attach them to another object, which involves Lua to move it into place.

Re: Vehicles?
what would be fantastic in cc is scarab esque vehicles which you actually fight on. and honestly if we are going to have vehicles they are most likely going to be walkers. i would like to see the coalition walker lose the crab legs and gain a pair of digitigrade legs too just to spice things up.

Exalion wrote: back on topic: Pilotable vehicles are not going to be a big priority I'd imagine, as it doesn't fit in to Cortex Command's universe very well. If you can remote control a body, why not remote control a tank? It seems silly to pilot a body piloting a machine, don't you agree? at. THIS For the millionth time.

Re: Vehicles?
More like fifth.
If it's good in gameplay, you can almost certainly find a way around a story limitation. Are Ronin even controlled externally? And all the other factions too? If so, that's kinda lame just due to the lack of diversity. If not, it makes enough sense that another faction would use vehicles, and that you could hijack one for an awesome victory.
Anyways, again I feel like pointing out that vehicles need not necessarily be wheeled, or made for the primary purpose of transportation. (better gun/armor than it's pilot could have otherwise)
