Well made, but way too easy.

Edit: And I don't know what you guys are talking about. My MacBook Pro handled it perfectly.

The latest version should run at full speed. The older versions had a serious issue with the minimap slowing down the game to about 25% fps.

Haha. They don't have any weapons for the first round, so they just roam towards the base. I suppose that'll make it pretty easy on one side in the later waves.

They eventually work their way out to the bottom of the scene, creating a hole for the rest of the zombies to work their way into.

Even when they have weapons, they can't get you if you're on the top of the base :???:

But if they enter the base, just pass the door, you lose.

They're not really masters at opening doors :/

Eh I don't want to go on about this. It's a very good mod and I feel bad mentioning such a small part of an otherwise 100% quality thing.

Definitely a great improvement from the last version. Lag-free, good weapon system, nice light sprites.

But it's still 'spraying bullets in a general direction' for 10 waves. Got bored when I tried playing the second time, I called in a Dummy Gunship and started frying zombie brains with lasers. I think it's the problem of the gamemode itself.

Other than zombie defense there can be scenes with other objectives. Like retrieve certain number of 'X' to the base, while going fore and back a map full of zombies. Or reach safe zone with 'X' number of survivors, through a field of zombies of course. It can happen in a building, or a wasteland, a more differentiated landscape so you can't just send bullets to the end of the map killing everything. It also forces the player to come in closer contact with the zeds.

Sorry for long post.

Fantastic idea! Unfortunately, I'm horrible at scene building. However opening up the possibility for someone to design a scenario and I'll code it up.

Odd, it should work. Just now, I did a fresh download and install of CC to a new folder, extracted just my add-on and everything works flawlessly. Try temporarily removing any other add-ons that you've added since you installed.

If that fixes it, if you would, send me a list of what you had installed. I'd like to iron out any incompatibilities with other mods, if possible.

Not sure if I mentioned it but I bought the game only a few days ago and clearly that was the problem. I didn't launch the missions through the campaign screen. :P
But it's really fun to defend against normal enemies too! This dummy showed up with this really powerful sniper, shot through one end of my base to the other! Hit one of my guys in the leg who was on the otherside along the way. Awesome!

I smell L4D...
Yeah, it's like bullet spraying, maybe have a more open bunker (fairly easy access in/out of the bunker), but the terrain has small hills and fissures to prevent spraying and praying, because what are the odds of fighting zombies on an nice, flat terrain with a convenient bunker in the middle of nowhere?

Leave a storage crate for you to protect, so you can't just stay on the roof. Heck, I don't even mind air-dropping zombies on top of your head. Just needs to be more exciting.

Won't mind anything similar to L4D though :3

I wish there were more agile zombies available. I have trouble with theme getting completely stuck on anything but the most flat terrain. Maybe I'll play with their settings some.
