They would look less creepy with robotic faces.

Yeah, definitely agree about the shading. Will do that. Hard with the face though - such a big thing and I really have no idea what to do like, behind the cheek. My upcoming mod is so hardcore, I have to code it in a metal gear solid font.

Re: Mod Hype Thread
Nice. So going to hand in all midterm assignments in that font. Now that I'm back from my little vacation, thought I'd post this thing I made this morning: It's a dropship, if you couldn't tell. Works pretty well - just need to finish the doors, gibs, sounds, and figure out a way to get the engine underneath things.

What has science done?!?!?! Created... a ship with Obi-Wan Kenobi's face on each side... apparently. Toast, I do believe you should write for the Twilight Zone... or at least The Outer Limits. Also, this mod would certainly belong in the MC5, had it not been started before the contest.

Re: Mod Hype Thread
You know, I actually have no idea whose face that is. I don't think it's Obi-Wan's, but eh, who knows. I actually started this mod about 10:20 today. I don't think it's quite relevant to the contest, though. Besides, other than perhaps the visual style, there's nothing too original about it. In any case, if anyone would like to try it, see below. I can't figure out for the life of me how to Add[an]Exit which is vertical horizontal, though. I keep looking at my script and rockets', but see no practical differences.

Re: Mod Hype Thread
Err... you mean horizontal exits, right? There was a line which indicated the exit direction. You're better off copying the rocket code directly and then adjusting that anyway.

And sure, was afraid I'd have to do that. But then nothing is learned! Gonna keep tweeking.

Re: Mod Hype Thread
Code: AddExit = Exit Offset = Vector X = 0 Y = 0 Velocity = Vector X = 0 Y = 0 To make it horizontal, you have to mess around with X and Y in velocity.
