Because the majority of the forum members are male, who stereotypically assume fighting forces are composed of males unless proven otherwise by bewbs. Because all females must have breasts to be female.

Well, you see, all of the coalition wear breastplates for armor, and I would assume the bewbs were small enough they would be squished enough to look like a man. Mulan did it. :P

Rather, a woman in bulky armor that would actually serve as protection and not a bikini (novel idea, right?) might look more like Samus from Metroid prime, who no one suspected was female until she took the suit off.
