Honestly, if you really think he's gonna bring on bad changes, why don't you guys wait until he's actually done them? You'd have hard evidence, and he wouldn't know who his enemies are (assuming he is an evil overlord). Now he knows who he has to watch for, and what he has to watch for in terms of the appearance of his changes. If he really is the Lex Luthor of DRFF, he's gonna implement the changes he's planned on, only in a more sneaky way.

forced readback for people whom the moderators decide are not thinking before they post, moderators must vote. once they seem to be thinking about there posts, feature would be disabled. that way it doesn't annoy the piss out of posters that think before they speak, also it provides adequate punishment for those who do not. that is to say "don't make bad posts or we will make your computer read your stupidity back at you."

now honestly, I'm not a moderator, never have been, and I'm no good at keeping people from fighting, the only thing I can do to improve a social interaction is get people to focus on some things, or be a distraction so they forget wtf they where doing. I don't claim that my idea is perfect, its just what I think might help, in some situations.
