this sniper is very very good. it can kill people without damaging the ground...to much. it can kill a doom overlord in one snipe. and i made this sniper all by myself, with a bit of modivation from my friend Drake. we were at his beech house with no internet and he was begging me to give him a good sniper so i did and now im sharing it with the world of CC.



Edit: I just changed some things like the power, the sounds, the cost, and rate of fire, but this is still a WIP so requests can be made at any time after DL.
