You know, in this hypothetical scenario, you're being pretty selfish. Nigh infinite money and you want to spend it on the development of a game, not to fund research for the cure to cancer or to solve world hunger or stop the eventual demise of Earth and the human race. son i am disappoint

Those are all already possible. Clumsy to actually do, because of lack of keyboard real estate, but still possible.

I thought of an idea that would make Online CC lagless. First, there would be a Parent player (host) and a Child player (guest). The Parent computer does ALL of the physics calculations, and sends the Child screen to the Child. All the Child computer does is view its screen and sends control inputs without doing any physics calculations at all.

That is already sort of possible with windows remote desktop or some other alternative through a personal network.
The problem is massive bandwidth usage due to sending the screen, therefore unless you have a pretty nifty upload(read 10mb or more) it would still lag like crap.
