Its pretty much like your ordinary riot shield, except it has pinstrength (about 8000). This way you can leave the shield and switch to a heavy weapon while having sturdy protection at the same time. Ummm... I have a problem.
I was trying to use your mod with build 23. It showed some errors with the sniper rifle, five-barrel machinegun and the RPCL. Since I'm not that good with editing stuff, I didn't know what to do, so I just commented them out in the index. Those weren't the problem.
But when I get into the game... the Translocator caused problems. And it's only the Translocator, I've tested the other stuff.
Whenever I choose the 'Crafts' tab in the buy menu, CC simply freezes, if I have the Translocator enabled, otherwise, it's just fine. It's not the black screen, it just freezes.
What's causing this? The other crafts work fine.

Updated for B23. The Translocater is commented out for now untill I fix the problem, but everything else is in working order. I tweaked the explosions on the C-RL, C-GL, and C-Frag Grenade, since it seems actors got tougher in this build. The Blast shield is also in this update. EDIT: Updated again. I just finished the Medical Healer, which heals at the push of a button.

Hey, I know what's wrong with the Translocator! It's the Presetname! (Damn... these errors are frequent nowadays)
I changed it from 'C-Translocator' to 'C Trans locator' and it worked! The base Presetname is simply too long, is all!

Updated. Many tweaks and fixes here and there, and some new content. If you have an older version of this mod, re-download, because this version is alot less lagier and much better.
Oh, and feel free to contribute non-Lua ideas.

Cool mod, but the C-Pulse Laser is alot like the LR-2000 or whatever from Crobotech. The Laser Mine and Laser Barricade are my favorites. Also I had no clue that poison gas worked on skeletons and robots
