Ah, I thought these were going to be surface-to-surface and then have a seperate weapon that was surface-to-air. Maybe the Heavy if there's going to be one could have SSMs?

Please make it have a chargeup, or I will be forced to flame you for imbalance. At least, imbalance on a scale of unbalanced stuff. Also, make it preequipped to a certain actor, like you did before Is this an update btw?

Not quite an update. I'll release the actor and railgun when I get my Lua from Grif. Also, it does have a charge up. At the moment however it's only 250 milliseconds. I haven't balanced it yet, so it's not really much of a concern

2 or 3 thousand should do fine (2-3 seconds) if you give it a 3-4 thousand millisecond (3-4 seconds) fire rate.

At the moment it's able to fire ever 2 seconds and has a 0.45 second charge time. This is pretty slow. Anything slower and it wouldn't be fun using. anyway

I haven't tweaked much yet. Mostly only done artistic crap. And I still need the Lua from grif for making my actor unique. Besides, I need to think up another weapon for the Medium. Oh yeah, I also need sounds

As long as the 'spinup' is short enough for the AI to use it properly I don't mind. They seem to have a problem with weapons that charge.
As for another weapon, maybe something unconventional like a gas shotgun? It fires a few streams of some cool-ass blue corrosive gas at high velocity but it has high drag so it has limited range, and it starts rising once it reaches low speed.

I like the spinning eye helmet I want it be used it looks like a police light...you said the Garrett was for riots! Make a "riot control" variant of the light trooper that would be cool
