Well, when the game starts, there's like this bad scene that shows this woman and her child on the ground while this robot with two guns dressed like a bishop is aiming at them. Who is that, or what is it, and what faction? Just something they made up?

It's a piece of art done by Prometheus (Arne Niklas Jansson) who also did just about every other piece of art in the game.

It doesn't necessarily represent anything in the final game; it's probably just mean to signify another conflict between some unspecified groups.

That would be an amazing actor for a mod, I can't sprite for crap, but someone should make him.
