   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningUhh... If you don't mind me intruding in this little happy minecrafting community, I do have a question. I read a lot about minecraft, and it seemed a very good game. Although, whenever I try to play it, some really wacky stuff happens if I move my mouse even by a little bit. The game world starts spinning, the camera becomes locked downwards, and my mouse kinda freezes. Once, I had to restart the computer to get it working again. Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

A friend of mine had this problem, though he's not sure how he fixed it. I think he tried using Safari and updating Java and restarting his computer. Somewhere in the middle of all that it started working for no apparent reason.

Macs are really cool and all that, but I wouldn't trade this PC of mine for one of 'em. Ever. Well, I guess, I'll try updating my java. Hope that works. EDIT: Nah, didn't work. Any other known methods?

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningJust managed to fix the problem. Apparently, I had to download the new version of Java three times for my system to actually start running it. The good part is that now the game runs as smooth as an oiled chestnut spinning inside a copper drain pipe.

   |   Re: Minecraft Up and RunningI can get this to run just fine on my laptop, which heats up like mad when playing this, but when I try and use it on my desktop it loads for about a millisecond and locks up whatever browser I'm trying to run it on. I've installed Java 3-4 times, nothing, I try running it in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Exploder, and that doesn't work either. Anyone have a clue on what could get it to work?
