Oh man. I raged so ♥♥♥♥ hard. Marijuana is less harmful than cigarettes, alcohol and most other drugs. Sure there are people who don't know how to use it responsibly, but there also those who do. I smoke weed with friends every once in awhile, but I am certainly not addicted. Haven't smoked for about a month. Would I like to again? You bet your ass I would. Except I know that when I have important things to do like work or homework, I can't smoke whenever I want. In fact I used to thing it was bad like most of you, but I realized I didn't have a basis for my hate. After first trying it I thought it was really cool, but didn't do it again for 3 more years. See, weed is like playing baseball: It's no fun when you are doing it by yourself, but it is when you are doing it with friends. In conclusion, do your ♥♥♥♥ research.

How do you know the other 39 didn't? Maybe they just decided not to say. Maybe it wasn't available to them, or they hadn't heard about it, and as for later presidents, they might have stayed away from it to protect their reputation. Of course, if marijuana was legal, there would be no need to protect one's reputation.

P.S. Marijuana is not addictive. Definently not physically, and only rarely pyschologically in weak-minded people who don't know how to put more important things first in their life. The only reason it even has the potential to be psychologically addicting is because it's fun. If you like the rush of roller coasters, you don't ride another one because you're addicted to it. I mean seriously... That would be pathetic.
