12/51 used marijuana in some fashion, you say? I wonder why the other 39 did not use it.
The fact is, Marijuana is addictive and harmful. As for using it as a material, there are better materials, even other plants that are not addictive could be used.

Oh man. I raged so ♥♥♥♥ hard. Marijuana is less harmful than cigarettes, alcohol and most other drugs. Sure there are people who don't know how to use it responsibly, but there also those who do. I smoke weed with friends every once in awhile, but I am certainly not addicted. Haven't smoked for about a month. Would I like to again? You bet your ass I would. Except I know that when I have important things to do like work or homework, I can't smoke whenever I want. In fact I used to thing it was bad like most of you, but I realized I didn't have a basis for my hate. After first trying it I thought it was really cool, but didn't do it again for 3 more years. See, weed is like playing baseball: It's no fun when you are doing it by yourself, but it is when you are doing it with friends. In conclusion, do your ♥♥♥♥ research.

Clinton, Bush and Obama only tried it out one time ish.
You can breed out/engineer out the THC, you know, CrazyMLC.
One example of success out of a thousand hidden failures, btw.

Re: Contact your senator/government representative about legaliz
How do you know the other 39 didn't? Maybe they just decided not to say. Maybe it wasn't available to them, or they hadn't heard about it, and as for later presidents, they might have stayed away from it to protect their reputation. Of course, if marijuana was legal, there would be no need to protect one's reputation.
P.S. Marijuana is not addictive. Definently not physically, and only rarely pyschologically in weak-minded people who don't know how to put more important things first in their life. The only reason it even has the potential to be psychologically addicting is because it's fun. If you like the rush of roller coasters, you don't ride another one because you're addicted to it. I mean seriously... That would be pathetic.

You forget other possible effects. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marijuana#EffectsWikipedia wrote: Cannabis has psychoactive and physiological effects when consumed. The minimum amount of THC required to have a perceptible psychoactive effect is about 10 micrograms per kilogram of body weight. Aside from a subjective change in perception, the most common short-term physical and neurological effects include increased heart rate, lowered blood pressure, impairment of psychomotor coordination, concentration, and short-term episodic and working memory. Long-term effects are less clear. Also, most forms of smoke affect people with asthma which is, as most people should know, a lung condition.

If marijuana was legalized for recreational use, the gov't would implement something similar to the Breathalyzer test. Yes there are risks of combinations of drugs. But think of it this way. Tylenol and alcohol combined are EXTREMELY destructive to the liver. Should we make Tylenol illegal? Also, you can eat marijuana. So... No smoke... Lolz, I can't do much more to prove you wrong. http://cannabisnews.com/news/7/thread7749.shtml

Cheech and Chong could have given you that list of side effects. OH MAN WEED MAKES IT HARD TO CONCENTRATE? AND OH GOD NOT THE MOTOR SKILLS! HOW WILL I PLAY TENNIS HIGH? AND DON'T TELL ME IT ACTUALLY CAUSES SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS! mail2345 wrote: Tylenol is not addictive. Neither is dope.

Yes, but before he edited his post, he was talking about the effects of marijuana combined with alcohol. Yes, there are risks, just like there are risks when you take Tylenol with alcohol... like death?

Sorry, I meant Tylenol is not addictive, neither physically or psychologically.

Also, you can eat marijuana. So... No smoke... How do you assume that would work? "Your breath smells funny!" "I dunno. Maybe it's the food I ate. duuuurh." "Okay." That doesn't mean people wouldn't abuse it, look at alcohol, people still drive drunk, even though you have to pay a fine. You wouldn't take it so likely is people started getting into car accidents while high.

The risks of consuming Tylenol are not the same as consuming Alcohol, Valiant. You're a retard.

Oh, and driving while high. Doing any drugs and driving isn't a good idea you twit. And anyway, anything can be psychologically addicting. I know someone who's addicted to Excedrin because he broke his nose horribly and has had headaches for years. He chews them like candy even when he doesn't have headaches.
