Make the bayonets an attachable made of air with hits/getshitbymos = 0 and stick a double sided emitter on them shooting out your particles. (Double sided to take care of rotation issues.)

Lower the lifetime of the particles, and the gun will get hit before anything else. (The bayonet won't because it has GetsHitByMOs = 0) Edit: Send me the file and I'll do it for you. Edit 2: MSPaint Diagram: The black square is the center of the knife and the position of the emitter. The arrows show the range of the particles. This way the won't pierce anything but the enemy's skin. (Not even the gun)

I've also sprited the Ripper, but I doubt I'll code it unless someone is willing to make Ogryn sprites... I'm not touching muscles. Also, there's something wrong with this sprite, but I just can't figure out exactly what...

Edit: Muscles are also quite easy to do, if you want, I'll show you how they're done later.
