Purple Not Negated?
For some reason, even though i used the purple color that CC negates as the background to this gun, it still shows the background. Also, how do you add more colors to the palette so that they are visible in CC.

Re: Purple Not Negated?
Wrong palette, you need to apply the CC palette to the sprite file. Search for it

Re: Purple Not Negated?
Do you use paint? In that case, open the pallette. Copy and paste your gun over the pallette. It should be in pallette now ( No jokes). Save it as your old gun and not as your pallette.
EDIT: Damn ninja'd

Re: Purple Not Negated?
When you paste into the palette you specifically save as a 256 color bitmap with the right colors (the palette).
You can work within the palette, yes, though how you do it depends on your program.

Re: Purple Not Negated?
So if you just save it as a .bmp with 256 colors, that is not enough? You also need to use the palette because CC requires specific colors?

CC's 256 colors are different then a standard 256 color .bmp colors. Its indexed an all that, so it knows whether to ♥♥♥♥ up your work or not.

Re: Purple Not Negated?
It's pure RGB purple. R = 255 B = 255 G = 0
