Re: Playstation 3
Character development was okay up until the part where once a character's part is done they just disappear.

Re: Playstation 3
Isn't the term 'linear' used to describe gameplay, not plot? Plots are always linear, or there would be no plot. Plots go from point A to point B. Change the direction the story goes just exhibits non-linear gameplay.
Non-linear gameplay is the sense that your objectives are not defined one right after the other. I think open-ended is just a synonym for non-linear, because you're choosing what you do next, not blindly following single objective after single objective.

We're talking about heavy rain.
There IS no gameplay, so you sure as hell are talking about plot.

Re: Playstation 3
A game consisting of quick time events != a game that features them.
Also, evolution implies forward progress, at least in terms of fitness. I doubt Heavy Rain is going to be the new casual sensation.

Or you could, I dunno, have choices in the plot. GUD OR EVIL???????

Metal Gear Solid 4. Mirror's Edge (Hard!) Little Big Planet. (I love making levels.) Need for Speed: Undercover. Stuntman: Ignition. ( Very difficult game.) And I think I have some others but I don't remember. My name is CrazyMLC2 on PSN. (CrazyMLC is used... Maybe I made an account earlier? Well bah.)

GTA IV Armoured Core: For Answer Sonic the Hedgehog Stuntman Ignition Rock Band Guitar Hero World Tour Army of Two the games I actually have been playing recently: [PROTOTYPE] (passed) inFamous I love the latter two to the point where I made a (more or less) review of them hereAs for the musical games all the instruments are cross compatible EXCEPT the GUITAR HERO drums, the ROCKBAND drums work on guitar hero (drops orange)...seems weird that rockband won't do that for guitar hero drums though

I wanted Valkyria Chronicles... Mebbe for mah burfday. MGS... I hate that game. I tried to do a no-kills no-alerts no-dying run, and at the end of the game, I had 1 kill. I checked almost an act back but I couldn't find it. Fun game, anyways... Love LBP, I'll add you.
