Concept work is a really bad way to judge spriting ability. I'd like to say I can sprite pretty well, but my concept art I jot at work is really suck. Like really suck.

Then again I write it on a clipboard since I'm standing all the time, and really just use paper for recording a concept instead of artfully drawing it out.

Yeah, Sketching for most is just a way to reinforce an idea in your mind, and stimulates you to think about it deeper.

Just do some sprites, do your best to make them look good, and then someone might help you improve them.

yeah, mantacore just offered. the actualy drawing was origionaly 1500 pixels but i had to shrink it, which made it look even worse then the last ones.
