Re: MOD CONTEST 2 | The Voting has finished! Well, I have no problems with the previous winner making an entry if they want to participate, but I don't think it should be counted in the voting as such.
The winner can't enter rule is to avoid the same person(s) winning over and over just by being a crowd favorite.

Nah, the whole anonymity thing is to prevent that. It's because he's making the theme for the next one. Duh's probably hosting it. I'll get around to posting the names up sometime.
