So instead of fixing the mbr you decided to buy a new HDD.

Re: My computer has some problems... (Fixed)
Where do I type it in? I put in my Vista install disk, went to repair, saw no input box, clicked on command prompt, and entered in BootFix. When that didn't work, I entered in Fixmbr. That didn't work. I looked around the repair section, found nothing. Then I gave up and found a new hard drive.
Understand? I decided my old hard drive was not worth the effort. Lock, please.

http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=mbr+repair+vistaIs that so hard to do? You are dumb, spending money on a new HDD when there is no need.

Re: My computer has some problems... (Fixed)
I reformatted my hard drive I would assume that would clear problems with it, but no it did not. I will try it, but I don't think it will work.
The old hard drive will probably go to goodwill or something. (If I can get it working) I have one right around the corner, so it's not that hard.
But it depends, I might just keep it, I am a pack rat after all.
