Right before the main explosion for the alpha/main weapon, you should insert a recording of "They set us up the bomb!". Also... mail2345 wrote: Deus ex machina "God from the machine." Considering the Ypsilion is the machine, this would mean we fire out gods as weapons. That would be a tad unpredictable... [/norealsuggestions]

[/norealsuggestions] OR you could take a less literal take on it and just have the Ypsilon be the machine that fires godly weapons. God knows the original Ypsilon is enough to kill a god.

mabye a nanite canister that would drop to the ground and start turning the whole map, including actors into concrete, or some other substance. a bombing run from a bunch of arwings would be cool. or an infection bomb that after a while turns all of the enemies into neutral team zombies, or just kill them.

I think you should go with something in another language, anything would be cool but I think I've heard some pretty menacing Hebrew words before (I know that may sound weird but it's true).

Hebrew? Menacing? I speak fluent Hebrew and have never heard anything menacing. (Unless you count phrases of swear words)

Just Verinen on its own would sound better Granted it probably doesn't make any sense, but one-word names are usually better than ones with several

What about Thor's Hammer? Or maybe Mjollnir, that means in the ancient norse language... Thor's Hammer. Or maybe just Thor, as a codename or something like that. Perhaps Ymir's Hearth, that, in acient norse mythology, was a magical device capable of destroying the whole world and creating a new one in its place. ... Man, I am really addicted to viking names.
