I guess you could just make them invulnerable for a while instead.

Make a dance-off bomb, where all actors dance furiously and slowly lose health until they drop dead, but your team loses health at a slower rate, so they survive the bombs effect, which goes for... 10 seconds or so.
 The lulz would be infinite.
