New announcement/sticky symbol.

 New announcement/sticky symbol. Nice to know that newbies will read them more, but it's kinda confusing as there seems to be no icon when there are new posts.
I was thinking like a yellow border or something.

Re: New announcement/sticky symbol. I made the .gif for James to use as the unread. No idea why he crossed it over to the read one as well.
