Probably does.
All you have to do is select an RTE and choose to remove the ".rte" part of the folder.

Wow, Im spoiled. I came in around b20. I could never have handled aiming with arrow keys. Mouse is so much easier.

Funny thing is I'm thinking the exact opposite of this.
I've used keyboard only since b11 and I must say keyb/mouse sucks balls. : P
Its somewhat too sluggish and unprecise. It is indeed faster to aim with mouse though, but I still prefer keyb only.

*Internet high-five*

Keyboard rules!
I really liked the old B8-9 key settings, I still play it the way I used to then.

I admire your spirit to use the old CC controls.

I could never get used to the old controls.
Which is why I used a USB SNES-like controller, of course, with that, you can't crouch, or use any Lua-ized tool like Telekinesis without access to the keyboard.

Nah, I prefer good old arrow keys and num0,1,2,3,4,5,enter.

@ Roy.

I don't really see how you can't get used to them... Probably the most comfortable configuration ever (In CC)...

It was probably my old keyboard.
Sticky as crap.

The H key would not respond well, and my Num Lock button was broken, as in, litterally shattered, not just ceasing to function.

How does that work?!

Anyways you've got the sluggish part backwards.
Keyboard controls are unplayably slow and unresponsive for me.
With the mouse, a jolt in the right direction and you're aimed in an instant.
The keyboard takes a bit to even get in the right general direction.

I suppose the gut instinct of feeling where you're aiming without the sharp reticule can be developed with both, but I would rather get used to it with the mouse, seeing as that's what's used for aiming in most games.

I have never been able to coordinate jetpacking, crouching, aiming, and shooting with mouse/keyboard. Or gamepad, for that matter. Keyboard for liiiiiife.

Same for me with the keyboard.
It's just what you're used to, I guess.
I don't see how mouse aiming in CC can be unfamiliar to someone who has played any FPS much though, it's more or less the same thing.

Oh look, I found my folder with old CC builds.
Most of the old builds could be downloaded from the devlog but it seems they are deleted now.
So i'm reuploading and dumping links here, just if anyone is curious about how CC used to be.

Dumping builds 1 to 14.

Build 1
Build 2
Build 3
Build 4
Build 5
Build 6
Build 7
Build 8
Build 9
Build 10
Build 11
Build 12
Build 13
Build 14

Note that CC build 1 is not the first build. There are pre CC builds of D.I.R.T, sadly I don't have them.

There is a topic that has every link to install builds.

Even IGF Build 9.

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10850
It had the DIRT builds, at least until the attachments were removed.
