Go download a nice, simple mod and see how it's done. Index.ini, lists other ini files, all linked up. It's easy, but you do need to learn it.
There is a reason we have a 'no first mods' rule.

OP, you need to show pictures of what you have done, or else many people won't bother to download. Even if it's just dummy repaints, we still want to see how well you did it.

Sorry everyone. I'm new to this forum. I shouldn't of posted this mod. I shoud of posted pictures of what i'd done. I should of become less of a noob before I tried. So, one big sorry from me.

Actually... he didn't. He changed the sprites, but didn't reference the new ones in the ini.

Seriously, please add images to your mods. I never dl mods without imgaes unless its like crobotech or darkstorm etc. Please, for the sake of humanity, add images to your mods.
