this reminds be of the old stake launcher that was made in like build 13 or so...wait it was also by you!!! I want stake launcher sprites for this!(since this was commented out of official files I am guessing we will see a version in the full game if so it as a stake launcher would be a wonderful addition to the ronin or even better the undead! they need more weapons and actors )

And @Solace. Are you sure pinning people to a wall with a harpoon isn't realistic either? I mean, sure, it'd go through them, but it'd go through them. Moreover, even if it did stick in them, they wouldn't move, because the damn thing has only a tiny amount of energy compared to what you'd need to push them any distance.

Okay, in the Tut Mission, I shot at the three dummies, they 'morphed' together while attached to the harpoon. When I could move them, they they split apart, and lost some limbs.

Hmm, official content? I like the sound of that. Will do. The weapon is very balanced and fun so I guess it will be cool. Also about that spear gun in base.rte, its main purpose was just to test physics of a spear shaped MOSR to see if it spins, collides ect. Btw I got inspired to do this when I saw Spacepope's spike gun. Thanks for the .gif Zalo!

I have a suggestion:
Instead of a flat out refusal to work, if the mass is over 200 kg, the guns gets less and less effective.

Awesome. A tad buggy, though. A few times already I've had actors left pinned in midair. And when you shoot a drone with it, it sometimes goes nuts and flies around, sometimes back at you.
AHAHA I shot it at a landing rocket, and it deflected back at me, pinning me just under it.

pinning your enemys to wall with a harpoon is one thing... pinning them on the wall with 20 stakes would be more avesome... what i mean is we need a mega stake machinegun! basicaly a minigun but it will throw many stakes!

Very Kick ass. Hmm exploding tip harpoon I will have to tinker when I get the time. I actually managed to harpoon the actor holding the weapon to the floor. Just aimed down and pinned me to the floor but still kicks ass. Watch out for ricochets got myself that way too.

Looks like I managed to create proper collision detection that notices attachables through lua. Now I just need to get the harpoon to rotate properly.
