How to add images to your mod
Ok. This seems like a real problem with mods these days. Everyone either has crappy non-hosted images or none at all, and there are rarely gifs, so i guess I'll show how to add an image to a mod, or i guess you could say how to host one. 1.) Take your image. This is not hard at all people. Press "prnt scrn" on your computer, and your image will show up in your CC folder as "###ScreenDump". If you have a mac, see here for a prnt scrn button on a mac Print screen button on a keyboard:Where your screen dumps will show up: 2.) Crop it. Simply open the image in Paint, resize it, and presto, its smaller. I don't think anyone should have problems here. Now. This is for MSPaint. A picture of the crop tool. Lol.Select the region you desire with it.Once the region is selected press "Ctrl + C" to copy the image.Next, reduce the region of your image with this. Reduced image:Now, press "Ctrl + V" to paste your image, and the canvas will grow accrding to how large your image is:Save to your desktop to make it easier when hosting.3.) Host it. Now, there are a couple places that you can host an image. Well, there are in infinite amount actually, but here are a few ok ones that you don't even have to register for: http://www.tinypic.comhttp://www.filesmelt.comhttp://www.icanhasupload.comhttp://www.imageshack.comTo do this, simply click "browse" somewhere on the page, and browse through the images til you find the one you want. 4.) Display it. Again, not hard. Simply put in your post, and it will show up without having to click it again to resize it or anything. This is the link you'll want to post in your mod: I know this seems like dumb and pointless to post, but it seems too many people don't even post images of mods these days.. Hope this helps you people.

It is still badly written; usually tutorials are not self deprecating. You should be happy and smiling and extraordinarily PATIENT. Like an airline stewardess.

I know, thanks. Actually, I just tried it out, it does no such thing. It just switched around certain buttons, only you can't choose which ones, it's a list of "swap this with this".

Re: How to add images to your mod
Perhaps add in this picture to the hosting part and explain what you mean by the host url. Sometimes people have trouble with the steps between hosting and posting.

Re: How to add images to your mod
Obviously people who can make a mod and post it don't know how to use MS paint.
