Nope, CC doesn't work on Vista x64 as it encounters permission errors and freezes the filesystem, causing the OS to freeze any applications that try to access a file in any way, including CC.

Unless you are running in a very limited account on vista, it will run JUST fine, iv installed it on 3 vista copys i own (64 and 32bit) without a problem, the main thing is disable user acccount control.(UAC) and make sure you got the latest updates for vista.
