Don't get me wrong, I do like the game, I just hate peoples ego's and my computer hates the game.

I love the game, I love my computer, my computer hates the game, I just lost the game, What do I do?

I guess it must be a love-hate relationship, eh? I dunno. You're starting to sound like you genuine dislike the game, is all. If you don't like the maps, don't play 'em, if you don't like the missions, don't play 'em. Play whatever contributes to you loving it.

Miles, the game is still not finished. This BUILD was still not finished. How can you expect that everything will be absolutely bug-free and that all of the characters in the intro will be finished? We've hardly even started the campaign. We are trying to fix the bugs but so far you've come into every topic that there is a discussion of bugs in and started ranting about what content there should have been and why you don't like it. You have a right to your opinion, but your opinions have very little to do with actual legitimate bugs. Your game is going to lag if you have a slow computer. I have a slow computer too. As much as it is annoying, there's not a lot that can be done about it. The first mission is not supposed to be long. I can't possibly stress this any more. It is supposed to introduce players to the story of the game. There are going to be other missions right after it, and we have already said that we plan on expanding it a bit, but it is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE a huge mission. Your argument about Lua is absolutely ridiculous - it was added into the game to work with the missions we're making. Nobody is forgetting how to mod. In case you didn't notice, Lua is only a small part of any mod. It is a single line in the mod's INI file.
I know you have preferences. However, nobody else seems to be sharing these preferences with you, and the fact that you are arguing them simply for the point of arguing them is getting very annoying. I'm tired of reading your huge walls of text and I am tired of typing my own. Please, just go back to reporting bugs and let the content developers develop the content.

Also, I finally saw why it took you guys so long to release this build.
I should've waited.

Also, I have a suggestion for you guys!

How about making tiny sized triangle modules?

I can't seem to win dummy assault because they keep committing suicide or some auto win bug or something. Stupid AIs. Well, and once I wasn't watching my base and 1 guy got in and destroyed my brain. :( Only mission I haven't won yet. Just digging through walls seems cheap and overly slow, though I use some digging to get through the base faster (Through the vents!)

Also, the train can't be ridden. I tried, you just drop through. Being able to ride the train would be awesome.
Apparently it also doesn't need roads because I dug out the bridge. :P Ended up flipping it over with 4 C4 charges. Bwa ha ha! apparently it's like a gold pinata!

You can ride in the train with a little shenanigans, namely giving it doors and your team.

Really I'm not sure why people expect to be able to ride it, it's not like you can "ride" anything else in CC.

What part of this mission are people having trouble with? I got it pretty quick.

Also, anyone ever notice line 1283 in RoninActors.ini?

HEI GUYZ, WHERE R THE TRAIN'S INI FILE?

In English: yeah, I want that train. Which rte and ini file have you sneaky devs hid it in? I've looked but I haven't found it yet...

Also, Data really needs to pull his finger out and make cortex command use graphics cards. I don't care how hard it's meant to be, a retro-styled 2D side-scroller shouldn't bring top of the line gaming computers to their knees.

DirectX anyone?

Top-of-the-line gaming computers should have a decent cpu in them.

If you lived closed to me, I would buy you another gig of RAM - 'cuz I'm rich like that... ok I'm not rich, but I can afford a numgun a gig of RAM.

Well I'm sure we appreciate you flaunting your riches, but this isn't on topic.

That's my point Geti: Even great modern super-expensive CPUs have issues with cortex command.

WHY on EARTH does a silly little 2D shooter lag TWICE as much as a fully 3D advanced First Person shooter. Honestly, Crysis runs better on my machine than Cortex Command.
Yes yes, getting a newer processor (I'm running a 1.86Ghz duo core with 2 gigs of RAM) would HELP, but that's irrelevant.
Something like Cortex Command should be happy with a pentium 4.

Finally.
I still have the timer in some missions, but these 6 minutes are great for messing around with the guns and fractions. I'll buy the game, when it's done.
