Quote: Inspect the cave, and turn on your built in lights. SELL the CRAB MEAT to the TRADESTAR You set the CRAB MEAT on the LANDING PAD, and call down a dropship to pick it up. Since ARMORED CRAB MEAT is quite rare, even mutilated ARMORED CRAB goes for somewhere around 5 oz/unit. +500 GOLD Quote: Inspect the cave, and turn on your built in lights. Unfortunately, only the MKIV BRAINBOT has built in lights. You venture forth. At the end of the cave, the GOLDERATOR 9000 begins vibrating. You consult it and it tells you that it has discovered an AIR POCKET. What could this be? You begin digging... ...And fall face-first onto a metal floor. Luckily, the fall wasn't tall enough to hu-Oh, it's a SMALL CRAB! It stares at you expectantly.

STAND UP and DROP DOWN to where the CRAB is, and WAIT for it to do something. If it's looking at you expectantly, it must be intelligent.

Re: Cortex Quest - The Brainbot Adventure
You jump down and retrieve the CRAB. It seems to be very happy that you've picked it up. You pass your hand over the CRAB's hard shell, petting it as one would a CAT. Whatever that is. +1 CRAB On a whim, you decide to go through the DOOR on your left. Someone left it unlocked. Sloppy, sloppy. To your left is a COMPUTER. It appears to be fully functional. To your RIGHT is the door you just came through. You're yearning to jump into that tube-to-nowhere, but you also want to check out the awesome computer. You have two choices, and it comes down to a vote. 1 = Computer. 2 = Tube. --INVENTORY-- Crab(Happy) Translator/Vocalizer(Archaic) G-9k Pistol(Currently Wielded) TradeStar BuyBux Card --MATERIALS-- 92x Pistol rounds 2500 units of Gold

Inspect the COMPUTER. TURN IT ON if possible. Buy a cool chair with a gigantic back and pet your pet crab whilst making plans of world domination.

Re: Cortex Quest - The Brainbot Adventure
Awhhh, it'd have been so cool if you'd have stopped for more input at the beginning of the zombie cave, a game within a game. No matter. I hope I don't miss the next adventure - this one was over so quick!

Re: Cortex Quest - The Brainbot Adventure
As undertech said, this is supposed to be an interactive story, while at some point you kinda took ten decisions yourself and ended the story. Well, no matter. It was still fun to read!
