Does your B23 crash? Without any mods?
That sounds very unfamiliar. :0

Make a player controlled train that goes where you tell it to. Make it like 2 hangars connected by bunker modules that comes with a train at one of the stops and a teleporter at either end. So you can tell it to go to each one and open its doors until you control it and tell it to continue, or there could be a tool to tell it to like the detonator, you getting me here? Also, make the train useable as a bleeding craft already, it's just a battering ram for now.

1) The train is not meant to be usable, hence you can't order it.
2) This is a BUG REPORT topic, not a request topic!

I've seen someone post a pic of actors getting into a RED train.

Just because someone wrote the bible doesn't mean it's true - From a mere GLANCE I can see that they've probably modded it slightly or made it buyable. Also may I echo Metal Chao's post, this is bug report topic, not a requests topic.

I sometimes find (And this is with B22 also) that sometimes when I try to use the pie menu on an actor I need to select the appropriate symbol stupidly quickly or it deselects - is this my computer or has anyone encountered this?

I get this too, its really annoying, I have to cycle through my actors a few times to get the menu to work again.

not a bug but a strange thing....
the flamers do not look like flamers anymore they look more like a lazer shooting weapon.
the flamer does not create a big wall of flames.
also for the missions where they are vents maybe use the airvent mod?
it looks better.

On the dummy base assault, something screwy seems to have gone on with the ai. First off, the ones that are supposed to attack your base often just... stop, and make a bit line, just sitting there for no reason. Second, after a while all the dummies just took it upon themselves to start tearing up their base with diggers for no apparent reason other than sheer boredom, as I hadn't penetrated far into the base yet. Third, even the dummy guarding the dummy's brain got into the "action", and eventually dug it's own brain to death without me even getting close to finishing the mission. :P

... eventually I got a random victory screen. Actually kinda a letdown, I'd been slowly whittling my way in for a while and just had to stop...

EDIT: Sorry, didn't know it'd save doublesize too.

My 'esc' key doesn't always work. And I have to press ctrl+o/ctrl+p multiple times until they do what they are supposed to.

I have this same problem, but the esc key did the same thing in B22 as well. Sometimes you cant press esc, so you have to exit the program and restart it.

The new dummy weapons don't feel quite right to me.

The annihilator has a weird wind-up time; the first shot fires as soon as you click, if you hold down the button after firing you'll just "charge" the gun up forever.
The unique way the repeater works means that sometimes you can get a direct hit on a moving target but the emitter won't hit them since they moved but the emitter stayed where the shot hit them (I hope that makes sense).
The destroyer shot always goes straight for a distance, and then shoots upwards into the air. Is that intentional?
Both the destroyer and the repeater look a bit weird visually since the glows don't seem to "keep up". It ends up looking like a solid yellow ball being chased by a glow trail.

The Spike Cannon is kinda bad. The main spike shot is too light to hurt anything from beyond a short range, and it rarely explodes on impact, making it a rather dumpy grenade launcher rather than feeling like something that shoots a smoking hot spiked ball. The low rate of fire, 2 round capacity and huge reload time don't help. I don't know why I'd use this over the coalition grenade launcher (or an m16 for that matter).

If there are things using Lua to home in on something (ex: homing missile), and that target is destroyed, the Lua console makes a MASSIVE amount of lag re-doing all the logic to find a new target. If you open up the console before and after, it prints out a bajillion coordinates.

Seraph, the problem with the symbol selection seems to occur when an actor has his gun stuck in the ground or pressed against something. Not sure why, I'll look into it.
The problem with the dummies is that sometimes they are sent to protect their brain... Apparently they decide to dig into it, seeing that there is a wall around it. I'll see what I can do to fix it, but chances are it'll have to wait for better AI.
Whitty, I thought I had solved that problem  I'll take a look at it later.
EDIT: Whitty, I can't seem to replicate it. The missile just falls to the ground as it should, no lag involved.
