Post Lua homing objects
Basically, how do I make something use Lua to home in on the enemy? ex: gun that shoots homing rounds.

Why don't you check the Lua file for the coalition homing rocket? I looked it over first thing, it looks pretty simple.

Hmm... Didn't know there was a homing rocket. Will do, thanks.

This question has prolly been asked 192850938 times, but where did you learn to Lua code, duh? If its not editing already made stuff, then id like to know :)

Funny, I've never gotten asked that XD
In fact, I don't know how to code Lua, more than tinkering. I might later.

@whitty:
It worked for me. Just make sure your rocket is an AEmitter with a low GlobalAccScalar and is driven mostly by it's emissions (as opposed to just being a fancy bullet that doesn't really use it's emissions), and somewhere in it's definition put

Note to self: Homing Minimissiles need to be able to turn better...

I've looked through the code for the Coalition missile, yet I can't get mine to work. It's an AEmitter, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
