Re: Poutine.
I'm half Filipino, so it is somewhat related to something, but to stay on topic: Poutine rocks, I think they do a weird greasier variant in a few of the chippies in my area in London and we regularly indulge, although just the word "Curds" makes me cringe a bit.

Re: Poutine.
That poutine pic looks revolting, but it makes sense why its good. It doesn't look too healthy, but I have a garbage-disposal metabolism so I don't care. Why does grease make things so good? What kind of cheese would you suggest for this?
Oh, and McDonalds serves different cultural foods? I thought it was cancer-burgers across the table.
Also, can anyone else relate to how good just plain toast and butter is?

And about the poutine, i personally dislike bacon, but this just looks disgusting. (no offense to those who like it ) I can't see why someone would even attempt to try it, but who knows

Re: Poutine.
to make a better (albeit greasier poutine) add small peices of green onion, baconbits(better if homemade), a form of nut(almonds are fine too) and cheese wizz if your feeling like being particularly canadian. surprised its canadian only sort of thing (i get my poutines at a place called "new york fries")

Re: Poutine.
Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair. (Well, my boyfriends, anyways.) (Fries, a can of gravy, 3/4 of a brick of chedder, and 16 chopped up breakfast sausages.)

Me and the boyfriend attacked it with 2 forks. It's still out there in the living room, I should go put it in the fridge.
