Runtime error on fresh reinstall...

  Runtime error on fresh reinstall... I just reinstalled the game and this keeps happening. |

You'll need to reinstall again or get your old Settings.ini if you backed it up. |

Re: Runtime error on fresh reinstall... Remove the CC folder from program files and move it to your desktop. Vista has a way of ♥♥♥♥ up CC when you install it in program files.
IF that doesn't work delete it completely and reinstall to desktop. |

Unfortunately, it happens sometimes. You'll have to resintall. You can optionally reinstall to another location and just copy the Settings.ini from there. |
