The RBC (red blood cells) can either be AI controlled cells wandering around the map, or they can be thrown out as bombs. Though oxygen is only flammable, not explosive in ANY way.

the fact hes using the real names for things makes it seem a little more serious than "loooooooooool blooby doods who can eat stuff AROHEFELL!1!", which is a good thing. but it could just be my analytical pedantic nature again, either or.

I personnaly like some 'fake science' theory behind things to 'back it up'. But I'm not fanatically into giving everything a theory.

I thought we can get things work in some kind of reasonable theory if possible, that's only what I hope. If there is no alternative then I won't give a fudge to exploding cells either. It's CC after all.

Actor Ideas- Craft could be endoplasmic reticulum. Drop pod could be a transport vesicle. Brain would obviously be the nucleus. Maybe the brain could have a shield, the nucleolus or nuclear membrane. Plant cells as turrets is a good idea, maybe they could use chloroplasts as a weapon of some kind? (Fire green gooey stuff at enemies.)

You could also make a virus launcher as a weapon, since viruses invade and mutate cells. It could, after hitting an actor/cell, kill it and spawn a mutant cell in its place. Probably a semi-hard effect to achieve and impossible to get working flawlessly but it would be a cool addition.

Yep. Giant organelles will turn your whole bunker into one single giant cell, and any invading units will turn into the role of a virus. No wait, that might work! With a cell membrane on the outward most layer, endoplasmic reticulum acting as channels, and the nucleus as the brain....Offtopic...Wtever

And this mod was made to use in conjunction with the organic bunker mods (for now).

EDIT: Wait, Geti... the point you were making there is that for a cell mod, a nucleus wouldn't fit as a brain because every cell has it... right? It's too small. You do realize that a neuron is even smaller. It makes up the cell organelles :P.

We have giant cells running around in this mod. Is it that big of a stretch to assume that a giant cell organelle would be deadly? Maybe it's a mutated chloroplast that has acidic chlorophyll.*

*idea* Maybe if the chlorophyll hit an actor, it could start performing photosynthesis, and a bunch of oxygen would shoot out and disorient the actor like the Distractor device included with first-party content. Hmm... a Lua challenge?
