Honestly, ive had it with the complaints......hes been working on this for 3 freaking weeks, i mean seriously, shut up and let him do what he likes...... unless you feel like spriting this yourself :-( All youve done is complain about what he should add....

It's not his fault, someone else made the brain armour. It just looks out of place. And I haven't moaned, I've been constructive. This has never been made before, and now it's being made, it's too good to ruin with one sprite out of place. Just replace all the major out/inlines with black lines.

thanks TheMind i know you were trying to defend me but i did ask for constructive criticism and if it wasn't for all the advice from people this sprite would have looked like crap and i know bladecat4 didn't mean anything by it
.... also i'm really close now so again i will post a final pic soon.

ok now i would like to take a minute to give all of you my coding wish list.
this is just a wish list so don't worry if its not possible or you don't like it.

first and foremost i would like the bot to be balanced to the game not to other mods

i would like the brain bot to have 2 weapons a machine gun and a missile launcher

the brain bot should be added to the brains list as well as actors like the solid snake mod is

i would like the brain bot to have nano regen like the AAL guys plus a resistance to small arms fire
i added some blue flashes for the nano heal to my sprites

i think the machine gun and missile launcher should be medium range for balance
and maybe 2 missiles to knock down a door?

the brain and the bot should gibb different and what i mean is the brain should explode into blood and guts while the body explodes into parts

this unit should be expensive like 350-500 gold maybe

maybe a medium range on the jet pack with blue flames and a medium walk speed

i would like to see smoke come out the back of the arm when a missile launches and shells when it fires its gun

if possible it shouldn't be able to carry other weapons.... probably not possible

you should be able to shoot the missile in mid air and cause it to explode much like the grenades already do

over all i'm thinking medium offense, heavy defense but isn't meant for surviving sustained fire

The leg looks rather stiff and limited... otherwise it's pretty good.
Most of the stuff you mentioned there is relatively easy.

i can make the bottom part of the leg swing a little to counter that stiff look
but right now i need to take some time off from spriting
maybe we can rough in code in the mean time and i would be happy to beta test
