There was also the Strike Raven, though that wasn't technically CALLED the MPAM.

I think he included it in one of his packs somewhere along the line. More recently, I believe.

Kid, lemme give you some advice.
1. If you really need to, stick your post into a spelling/grammar checking program, such as Word. It will save you many fire extinguishers.
2. Use search. It's there for a reason, and even easier since you're looking for such a well-used acronym.
3.
START doing so. This will also save you many hours of firefighting.


It's not a rule, it's a basic tenet of communication. Writing is for getting a point across, not making the would-be reader stab their leg in frustration. True story.

But before that, its first iteration was this:

The strike raven was started wayyyy before I even got the idea to work on the MPAM. The Strike Raven 001 and MPAM are completely seperate projects.

I started doing it in build 11 with Fearful Ferret doing all the code and me doing all the spriting. In the end, the offsets brought us to a stop.
Until Zalo showed up and PM'd me the converted Strike Raven which was then included in the AAL faction.

Btw, the strike raven was completely based on a lego model I built long ago.
I used it as a model when I started spriting it. :p

I remember three versions. The first was that picture up there, the second was the same thing, but with a head.

The head was slightly different to the newest head, I think it's just extra details and stuff though.

Sorry guys! I have a few bad habits when posting, I'll admit that...
but you have to admit, Grif could be a little nicer about this...
Besides, I really only use the forums for mods and answers...

And lastly, I'd appreciate it if people such as Grif would stop treating me like some uneducated child, I may be 14 but that doesn't mean I fly my mouth off, or that I know any less about CC, Modding, Lua and Computers than you (which for the most part I don't... I'm just Learning Lua at school in my elective and monotonous tasks such as writing whole files for mods bore me out of my mind, so I tweak mods I download instead)

Hah no way. Offsets were and are always something that I needed help with. Those darn things are hard to understand how they work so I mostly tried what I could and then asked for help. And not only that, alot of people also contributed tons of ideas and comments how could I improve the mod.
