Hm.. The weakness of the MIRV in regular Fallout 3 was just that Mini-nukes were hard to get. Since CC guns have unlimited reloads, it'll have to be the money thing.

COD4 style. No terrain damage, they just go through.

Also, CC isn't the kind of game nukes are made for. Every time you use the MIRV, you will more than likely die. I'll add in some balance, but I don't think the artificial weakening is in the right place.

I don't like the sprites. Most of them are just AKs with pieces taken off or moved around. This is a neat mod though. A complete Fallout pack would be pretty cool. With super mutant actors and stuff. Fallout lua scenes based on quests would be cool too. I want to play the CC version of THOSE! or Power of Atom.

A lua based mesmetron would be awesome too! Not just a gun that explodes their heads though. It would be cool to make it so that it would confuse them and cause them to drop their weapons or go crazy and start killing everyone, or even convert them to your team.

I'm sure I can do that in Lua! And yeah, two of them are remodeled AKs, but I never moved parts around, I just took the base.

Nice mod, although the sprites are in need of a redo, especially the AK-47 ones.
If custom wounds are implemented sometime soon you could make the rail-rifle leave bolts in the target.

Dual Chinese Pistols! Yay!

I'm still waiting on a response for the next weapon, but I'll go ahead and upload the dual version.

EDIT: Also, I just tested out the CARs with two dummies and three heavies. A heavy died in the initial assault and a dummy both perished in the counter-assault but I managed to take out all the robots in the counter-counter assault, losing a dummy and having a heavy very nearly bleed to death (8 HP left). So, they're pretty good in groups.

Okay that MIRV is just pure overkill... Even my nuke cannon has more balance than that :/ XD

Aaanyway nice mod but don't count on me for making actor sprites, unless its a vehicle sprite. I kinda hate making little legs and little arms and little torsos i can't find myself in all these pixels damn it...

And you know what weapon it needs? The knife and mask in the dreamworld sided with a nearly indestructible kid actor that laugh evilly each time he stabs someone. Maybe that kid could just have the knife when you spawn it so you don't have to smash your head on the keyboard to find a way of making the mask appear when he wears the knife.

See above for my trouble with sounds. =P I could do that, but to balance it it'd be unbuyable and the AI would spawn it.

EDIT: Oh yes, of course. Right when I complain about being unable to produce sounds, Gotcha! comes in like a .wav superhero and delivers an Improved Vocalized Railway Rifle.

EDIT2: Also, I wouldn't be able to do any actor sprites so I'd need someone to do them for me. You guys don't seem thrilled to jump on that. =/
