I think I need to tweak the different rain spells, like Rain of Fire, Icefall, and Lightning Storm, for reload time. [updatedoublepost] Geti, I owe you a cookie jar. As far as my five minute long tests can show me, lag is far reduced after placing low GibImpulseLimits on all throwaway emitters. Less lag v0.04b2 for everyone!

I can't hold this in any longer. USE ZALO'S MAGE WALKPATHS FOR GODS SAKE. They can be found in MSS.rtes guy.ini I think. The mage in question moved, but without moving it's legs.

No. I like how these guys move. Their legs are so big that the cloak stays consistant despite the walking.

Yeah, I got the idea from an old mod, the NVC, there the standard trooper had a similar effect with a cape.

This is great! A bit more work on the sprites and good to go!
I do suggest adding pre-equipeted weapons to the lower-mages, Apoc-something, whatever. Give them a lesser version of the stronger spell, like a spell firing weak fireballs in a machine-gun-manner.
Also, you might want to tweak the activities a little bit. Right now, the mages only uses the most basic spells against you, because they never switch between spells. You should equip some mages with only one powerful spell, forcing them to use it.

I am 99% sure they'll start using the first weapon in their inventory, so just shuffling the held weapons around in the .ini file should do the trick. (E.g. no need to give them just a single weapon.)

Really great mod. My only complaint is you kinda overused capnbubs' fire sprites (they're vanilla stuff now but whatever) instead of making your own fire sprites. But hey, those are hard to do so no one's blaming ya.
I'm especially liking the lightning. Great job on that.
