i am trying to give the jetpack a litle more effect. also a brain unit will be available in the new version(a stealthsuit commander). and i will see the xv88 weapon(now all we need is the xv88 to carry it). Miles_T3hR4t you made an cool gun...

The gun I made is a rail rifle, it is near identical to the Rail Gun on the XV88, which is 99% finishished, the thing left to do is get A) Proper offsets for the magazine and B) make the tracer rounds into a built in smart missile system, which fires from the magazine, which is shoulder-mounted. I know how it will work perfectly, the problem is, I simply haven't gotten off my ass and made it, because if I did I could probably finish in a day.

Awww, no comments on the mysterious pulse carbine easter egg? Oh well, here's my almost finished heavy rail rifle. It contains the same easter egg. The remaining part I need to do is the paint details to make it look less plain... Also, if you want the alphabet it's here, halfway down the page labelled "Lexicon". Though they don't have 8 for some reason... I might make mini pixel versions for you guys to put on sprites later... after the Heavy Rail Rifle details but before the other missiles including Pods and Smart Systems... First person to find the Easter Egg common to both the Pulse Carbine and Heavy Rail Rifle gets a prize... which may or may not be praise or other intangible concepts...

(base X, X = the number of single digit numbers including 0 ) And lastly, JUST SAY WHAT THE EASTER EGG IS! I'm not gonna dig for it, cause I haven't been saving anything because CC crashes if I have to many mods. I actually had to turn off most of my mods just to check out some of the newer stuff. also I found it just a night or so ago,

Mayyybe... when we get a decentish release with a larger amount of weapons... this includes a dedicated offsetter, which I'm slowly realising is going to have to be me... Also, the easter egg - Clue 2 - the easter egg is exactly 9 pixels, 9 notable pixels... Oh yeah, and I meant like tiny tiny pixel font, like 3*5 letters... not the massive font you have there which is impossible to put on an actual sprite... EDIT: Pixelfonts ahoy! DOUBLY EDIT: Fully completed Heavy Rail Rifle ahoy! With an extra easter egg too...

my very close friend made me a sprite in pallet for the rail rifle, based off of the one that the sniper-drones use. Unfortunately, even though it was in pallet, he saved as .png which when I converted it to pallet it became NEON...
Apart from neon its pretty nice.
It uses the same offsets of the rail-rifle I did, so.... Here's a Re-upload.... I'll be re-coloring it to pallet and adding sounds personally. I feel active... I'll be working on it when... i dunno... but soon. like a day or so...
but here's the neon rail rifle.

Miles is apparently remotivated... YAY!!!! Anyway, I think it's time the Tau got some plasma rifles and missile systems, don't you? *coughincrediblynonsubtlehintatnextspritingprojectcoughalsotryhighlightingmylastfewpostscoughcough* Also might get off my buttocks and do the rest of the drone weapons... though the burst cannon is probably more important... ah well, I'll get to it when I get to it. @Coders: Try making a widelaser fusion blaster: make it have a low reload but small clip so you can only fire very short bursts of widelaser - simulating projectilish sort of things...

i made the fusion blaster just like you said with the short ammo and reload and everything. but what is a widelaser? also gave the burst cannon some nice numbers(it fires like you have straped 2 pulse carbines together) and it has the same range as the coalition gatlin cannon. new effect for the super plasma detonator(more effect more lag) fixed the pulse pistols handling bug(they held it in a weird way) and made some changes to their range/firepower to make them a last option weapon but with the firepower to use it properly changed the power,range,reload of the rail rifle to make it more usefull fixed the pulse rifles(minor bugs/balancing) added the brain unit sucesfully(a xv15 commander) and new jetpack for the xv15(new effect+you can stay longer in the air) but the stealth suit rail rifle has got wrong offshets. gonna make some more changes and give it to naXx to upload it.
