The right mouse button wont work, when i try to play with keyboard and mouse. but when i try to play with just keyboard, the menu appears. (this is in game, you know when you right click and select stuff like pick up or next weapon or buy menu) My mouse button will work outside of the game, but just not in. also some other things like delete button,end,pgdn,pgup,home and insert wont register when i set them for controls, i really wanna play this with mouse and keyboard, please help.

(EDIT) I have a Razer, Diamondback 3g, if that is any help. It worked before, which was like a few months ago, but just not now when i pick it up again and start playing it.

I had the same problem try plugging and un-plugging the controler while cc isnt running, it worked for me
