Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8a]
I think i have the older version, because the jetpacks are kinda annoying on this, otherwise this looks totally cool! I think gigantic dropships would be awesome too.

Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8a]
after more use, Here is the list of what I think needs improved
Accuracy of the weapon. it has about 10-20 degrees off, and still 5-10 while sharp aiming.
Mobility : It hops around all the time, and occasionally gets the rear stuck in the ground it was walking on.
Settle material : Its to weak
Wounds : Why do the treads spark? Give each Piece unique wounds please.
Shading : Yes, its fantastic, but in the world of CC it is hard to look at, it has to much contrast to the rest of the game. make it about 5% lighter, and use more color please.
The weapon again : Its not quite as strong as I expected. Can you make the projectile heavier, so that it knocks things farther. maybe change the visual effects of it, to not look so much like everything else.

Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8a]
Weapon slightly stronger, i think i'm going to bump up the reload next update though, but the big news is that THE JET WORKS NOW. its uglier, so im looking for ways to make it work better.. ion drive?. need comments on jet-time, reload, and overall balance. getting out of holes is much easier now

The jetpack is working quite nicely now. No more spinnin, but you can still get flipped - though that's a problem with all CC actors. I have one complaint, the gun utterly fails at destroying doors; try adding in some normal rounds as the shell if you're using null shells... EDIT: Which you are.

Or make it have a way higher velocity, so that the explosion moves forward more... but then it doesn't make the pretty fire-balls...

Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8b]
The sprites for it were originally asked by grenade. The reason why its grey is cause that's what was asked by grenade. Also it does have two guns. The sprites that I made have it. Its probably because of the side view that made it look like one. That image was actually the exact one I used for a reference to sprite off. But that's jus some useless info. Anywhp better get back to work. Excuse the typos I'm writing on a blackberry.
Ill probably be able to have a good look at it next week when I get some time off. Also I might be able to get back into it, but it looks unlikely a this stage.

Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8b]
To get two guns, just make the first one emit 2 rockets and asssume the tank is completey side-on

Re: Mammoth Tank [v 0.8b]
im glad you like it, Theseus. also, if you hold down fire while you're reloading, both will fire as soon as you finish reloading. its just a bug with CC though
