Second Edit : I took a look at it, I think your sprite is pretty good for a start, but it could use work. Unfortunately I'm no teacher so I don't know how you could approve it, although it seems a bit short. I'll get your some screens if you want?

Reload sounds like something being dropped in a body of water.

Didn't listen to it before but your ReloadStart sound is odd as hell, would you like a replacement for that? I've actually got one on hand.

Now, for the mod.
I didn't actually load it up, but I looked through your code a bit, and it looks like you added in a bunch of files that you don't really need. Like the casing bmps. You can just reference them from Base.rte, unless you want to change them. You can actually reference the entire casing MOSParticle. Same thing with the muzzle flashes and glow and the empty and reload sounds. This will cut down on the size of your mod, which is a big deal in larger mods, maybe not this one.
Other than that, this looks like a decently constructed mod, and it's not a rapetastic chaincannon like a lot of people's early mods. Good job.

how do ypu get screen shots? i dont really know

Ingame, press the prntscrn button up above arrow keys and insert/home/end/etc, CC will put a .bmp screenshot in your Cortex directory. Open that up and save it as a jpg, gif, or png and host it somewheres, like imageshack.us or photobucket.com.
