SRC Guard Bot V2
SRC Guard Bot. Remade for B22. This robot is the classic base defense robot from SRC. It's laser gun is perfect for taking down fleshy organics. But watch out, the laser bounces off metal. New features: 1. Multiple armor plates. 2. Head and body explode into refundable brain and power core. 3. Gun only damages organic things (bounces off all metals). Old: New: More SRC stuff is being remade in my free time, so expect more.

I like this. Refundable corpses, easy to deploy, and no collateral fire to friendly robotics. Great stuff!
Though I also want an anti-material model which excels at destroying metal objects but weak against flesh. Though I don't know if it is possible.

I'm taking requests on what to do next. Here is the topic with all of them: viewtopic.php?f=61&t=10266I'll get to all of them eventually, but I'll start with the ones with higher demand first.

Hmm, that laser sounds similar to what I've been working on. I'll have to give this a shot tomorrow, robots are, as a general rule, interesting.

Re: SRC Guard Bot V2
The story of SRC (from a former member):
Once there was a corporation that built super robots. That super robot corporation built some super robots and sold them to people. And all the super robots from the super robot corporation lived happily ever after. The end.
