I have no idea what the srgt could look like in this case, but maybe he could get a basic gas mask. He already has a vizor really.
You must have pretty low standards for sprites if that's epic. I just slopped together an extension of the coalition helmet. I'm not against it being used if gotcha wants to, go right ahead, but I'm sure he could make or find something better.
Anyways, I hadn't tried this mod for a long while, and figured I'd try again.
--Bat
White effect should be brown as the bat is, multiple effects would be good (frames of the flash)
Overpowered sharpness, should be zero sharpness and high mass
Too much range; his arm and that bat simply aren't that long

--Katana
The sharpness is fitting, but there's too many particles. Maybe go with three moderately strong particles, at a faster firing rate?
More flash effects for the swing would be good, then a higher firing rate would look okay.
Again, a bit too much range.
--Knife
Too few flying knife frames, consider stepping it up to eight.
Fix the spriteoffset, it determines the center of mass, and that's not right.
Maybe go with just few strong mass based penetrating particles to differentiate from the
--Shuriken
And to also help with the differentiation, maybe make this faster and weaker than the knife, and have power based mostly on sharpness.
It doesn't even look like it's rotating, try giving it three frames, 0° ~30° ~60°.
--Compound bow
Pretty cool, but it'd be cooler if it had a sharp particle emitter on it for damage instead of being a blunt object.
I won't go on, but the big problem in my opinion is the redundancy, there's a few or several weapons that all serve the same roles; individually they're entirely uninteresting. But there's great stuff strewn about too.
