Woundlimits and Impulselimits mostly. Depends on what is breaking it.

Alright so if I increased the impulse limit and the wound limit up he would be able to stand more gun fire right?

GibImpulseLimit: How far the actor can fall before it dies.
GibWoundLimit: How many shot an actor can take.
  Health: Condition of body.
So, even if you raise GIL and GWL, you still need to raise health.
  Have fun.

Raising health is generally frowned upon though.

Go ahead then. But if you release it make a copy where the actors all have 100 health.

to change the amount of damage done, edit the burstdamage on the wounds in question. dont change the health in any situation.

if you set the health to an obscenely large ammount, it becomes a money cheat.

If you use a template you have access to the wound code, so make the emission damage ridiculously low, as well as the burst damage.
  Or change the material.

Test is a bit unpredictable though. Watch out for it. It likes to suddenly become as weak as grass or completely collisionless. As in it goes through everything. Which essentially means it will fall through the floorz.
